Butter

Our butter shelf features Lumandıra Jersey unsalted butter, Egge and Süt Depo breakfast butters, Uluova Jersey and A2 butters, and Kapra goat butter. For cooking, Uluova Jersey ghee, Dağıstanlı ghee and Kapra goat ghee are here too.

We choose butters with a known milk source and producer. Butter absorbs surrounding odors; store it in the fridge in a closed container or its own packaging. If you won't use it for a while, portion and freeze it. Ghee is better suited for frying and high-heat cooking.
