16 productOur olive oil shelf features Green Amour's cold-pressed natural extra virgin olive oils from Salihli, Manisa (from 250 ml to 5 liters), Ayvalık Aleni early-harvest green olive oil and Bey Organik cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. Alaçatı's lemon, thyme, bergamot, garlic and smoked infused olive oils are here too.
We choose olive oils whose origin and pressing information are on the label, after tasting them. Light, heat and air are olive oil's enemies; keep the bottle away from the stove with the cap closed. After opening a tin or large container, transfer the oil to a dark glass bottle.
