40 productOur cheese shelf features Uluova A2 aged kashar and Mihaliç, Lumandıra Jersey smoked Circassian and Manyas cheese, Egge Erzincan tulum and Talu Çiftliği rennet-cultured Jersey tulum. Kapra goat white cheese and goat kashar, Kebir kuymak cheese, Meriç halloumi, Dağıstanlı smoked braided cheese and Bio Gurme organic labneh are here too.
We choose cheeses with a known milk source and producer, after tasting them. Keep white cheese in its own brine, and wrap kashar and tulum in wax paper in the fridge. Letting cheese rest at room temperature a little before serving opens up the aroma.
