Eggs

Our egg shelf carries Ayvat Çiftliği's organic eggs in packs of 15. The products on our organic chicken shelf come from the same farm, so you know exactly where your eggs come from.

We source eggs from a farm whose producer and organic certification details are clearly shown on the pack. At home, keep eggs in the fridge on an inner shelf rather than the door, in their own carton. Don't wash them before storing; wash just before cracking. Don't use eggs with cracked shells, and check the best-before date on the pack.
