This shelf features HurmaLab date syrup, date powder and date cubes; TheLifeCo organic agave syrup and coconut sugar; and Bey Organik apple juice concentrate. For the kitchen, there are We Food organic raw cacao powder, Baldo organic salep and vanilla extract, OG beet and spinach powder, Pruf Tatlar onion powder and desiccated coconut.

Syrups and date powder are sweet in a different way from sugar; add them to recipes gradually and taste as you go. Powders absorb moisture; after opening, keep them in a tightly closed container in a dry cupboard.
