Spices

Our spice shelf carries a wide selection from Pruf Tatlar: ground cumin, black pepper, coriander, turmeric and sweet paprika; cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, allspice and bay leaves; dried herbs such as dill and parsley; and blends like curry and golden milk spice.

We prefer products with clear weights, ingredients and packaging. Spices lose their aroma with light, moisture and heat, so keep jars in a closed cupboard rather than next to the stove. Add spices to the pot with a spoon, not directly over the steam, so no moisture gets into the jar.
