38 productOur honey shelf features Toros Dağı Bal's pine, çakşır, chestnut, lavender and lemon blossom honeys, plus wild (karakovan) honeycomb and comb honey. Arıdağ organic polyfloral flower honey, Umay organic creamed honey and Anzer honey from the Rize Flower Honey Cooperative are here too.
We choose honeys by reading the label and picking those with a known producer and floral source. Crystallization is natural; you can gently soften the jar in a warm water bath. Store at room temperature with the lid closed. Honey should not be given to babies under one year old.
