Yogurt

Our yogurt shelf features Talu Çiftliği Jersey cow pan-set yogurt, Uluova A2 Jersey cream-top yogurt, Özlenen Köy buffalo, goat and sheep yogurts, Kapra full-fat goat yogurt, and Süt Depo full-fat buffalo and goat yogurts.

We choose yogurts from producers with known milk sources; buffalo, goat and sheep yogurts differ noticeably in taste and texture. Keep yogurt in the fridge and use a clean spoon every time. To make yogurt at home, set aside a spoonful as a starter.
