Fresh Raw Milk

Tok Gurme started in 2014 as a milk dealer, and milk is still at the heart of our shelves. This shelf features Süt Depo Simmental raw milk (3 and 5 liters), Talu Çiftliği Jersey raw milk, and Jersey pasteurized milks from Lumandıra, Uluova and Süt Depo. As a plant-based option, there is also TheLifeCo organic coconut milk.

Boil raw milk and let it cool before drinking. Always keep milk in the fridge with the lid closed, preferably on the cold inner shelves rather than in the door. Stay by the pot while boiling, then lower the heat and keep it simmering for a few more minutes.
